SlugMarket is a student marketplace for UCSC community use. By using the app, you agree to use it responsibly, post accurate listings, respect other users, and follow applicable laws and campus rules.

User Responsibility

Users are responsible for their own listings, messages, meetups, and transactions. SlugMarket does not own listed items, process marketplace payments, guarantee transactions, or mediate every dispute.

Prohibited Conduct

• No scams, harassment, spam, impersonation, or misleading listings.
• No illegal, unsafe, stolen, or prohibited items.
• No posting sensitive personal information or exact private addresses.
• No abusive behavior in messages or during meetups.

Safety

Use public meetup spots, verify item condition before purchase, and report unsafe or suspicious behavior.
